OpenVPN configuration issue TLS key negotiation failed to occur within 60 seconds
I have a rackspace server OS ubuntu 16.04. I enabled port 1194, disabled ufw, and cleared iptables but I cannot connect to my vpn server. I have tried on a sperate ubuntu and windows 10 machine.
I have reproduced all steps in THIS tutorial multiple times in various ways but cannot get openvpn working.
