Possible off-topic question. Ubuntu 7.04 (Feisty Fawn) was from 2007.April (Ubuntu releases are yy.mm in format) and is well past EOL. Being EOL it's off-topic here. I'd suggest using a recent release of Ubuntu (eg. 18.04 LTS or 18.10 from 2018; the LTS has the longer life as it's a long-term-support release)
