I can not download ubuntu.iso.file
The environment is Windows 10, I want to put ubuntu in USB 2.0 and carry it, but ubuntu can not start up.It seems that the hash value of md5sum was different when I looked it up. Even if you downloaded the ubuntu iso file many times by going with the tool called winmd5sum, you will see that md5 is different. How can I download the correct iso file?

Check you are comparing the correct md5sum value with the iso you want (as Ubuntu comes in many forms (server, desktop, network..), architectures (x86_64, armv7..) & each has it's own md5sum. I would suggest firstly downloading a number of small file(s) you know the md5sum for (not calculated with yourwinmd5sum
program) & then compare it with md5sum's created by yourwinmd5sum
and you may find it's your program. If it's not that, I'd download via a different method, machine or network, or different source (eg. I download the iso from my ISP's mirror, but compare md5sum with ubuntu.com)

I have noticed more download errors when my download speed fluctuated a lot.
