Resizing partition above in hard disk
I want to use the 110G available to resize the Linux Filesystem, but it is not possible (I believe it is because the free space is above the filesystem in disk, and not below)
cfdisk screenshot
How do I correctly resize the partition to add that space?

You can move partition left and then expand right in gparted view. Or create new partition and mount as a data partition. Be sure to have good backups. Any interuption of a move totally corrupts file system and only recovery is from backup. Since larger partition it may take a long time, Do not try unless sure you have time & power to complete task.
