Is there a word that starts with why but isn't a question? [on hold]

Is there a word that starts with why but isn't a question? I was wondering if you could start a question with the word why, how, when, or what. Would it be grammatically incorrect?

First question: "Whydah", an African weaver-bird, is not a question. I do not understand the rest.

Why anyone would want to start a sentence with "why" and yet not ask a question is beyond me. How they would do it is less of a puzzle. When the time came for doing it, they probably couldn't be stopped. What they might say is anyone's guess.

Do you mean is there a sentence (not "word") that starts with why but isn't a question? Why, yes, there is. Why, that's absurd! Why I'm so conflicted about that remains a mystery.
