ValueError: 'GH3OH' is not in list

.everyoneloves__top-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__mid-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__bot-mid-leaderboard:empty{ margin-bottom:0;
}

I try to run MakeRates.py using python, but I get this error. I checked all input files, but didn't get the source of error.

This is the whole massage that I get:

 File "MakeRates.py", line 84, in <module>

    evap_lists(filename,speciesList,evaptypes,bindener)

    Functions.py", line 19, in evap_lists

    j=species.index(species[i][1:])

ValueError: 'GH3OH' is not in list

Can anyone tell me what is the problem with that?
