Update Manager should automatically prompt you to update. Is it not working? What version of Ubuntu are you using? You can edit to clarify. Also it's Firefox, not foxfire.

Well if you have it connected to the internet then open a terminal and run the appropriate update commands:
Ubuntu (or debian) based systems:
sudo apt update; sudo apt dist-upgrade
Or alternatively:
sudo apt update; sudo apt install --reinstall firefox
Rpm based systems:
sudo yum update firefox
Arch based systems:
sudo pacman -Syu
Since this is Ask Ubuntu I figure you are using Ubuntu but I also figure I post these other commands just in case. Also if you intend to use this laptop regularly I would really reccomend upgrading your version of Ubuntu using:
sudo apt update; sudo apt dist-upgrade
sudo do-release-upgrade
