on Hyper V Ubuntu is not connected to the internet on preparing to install Ubuntu

I am Installing the Linux Ubuntu 14.04 on Windows Server 2016 Hyper V, i opted for Try Ubuntu and there i assign IP, Gateway & DNS and set proxy but when i try to install Ubuntu is shows "is not connected to the internet on preparing to install Ubuntu"
