The Grub shows in boot after deleting the partition

i have installed Ubuntu 18.04 in HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop, Specs are 1TB HDD, 128 SSD, 8GB RAM, 4GB Graphics. After installing when i switch the machine and switch on the machine, it directly goes to windows not asking any option whether Ubuntu or Windows 10, then i decided to remove ubuntu so i deleted the partition. but the grub shows in boot loader, how to remove the grub and how to reinstall ubuntu safely without any errors????? and how to give partitions for installation
