How to turn off screen rotation in Ubuntu 18.04 LTS?

Thinking of changing from windows 10 to Ubuntu desktop 18.04 LTS.
While using Ubuntu from the USB stick, the orientation of the screen when horizontal appeared as vertical and vice versa {It is a 2 in 1 laptop/tablet that I am thinking installing Ubuntu}.
Tried changing orientation on "Settings", "Display" but the only options that appear are "resolution" and "nightlight". No "orientation" option.
Is this because I am running Ubuntu from a USB stick? Will the "orientation" option appear if it is installed on the hard disk?
I do not want to delete windows 10 to then realize that Ubuntu is doing the same "orientation" error once it is fully installed.
This is the only reason I'm not installing Ubuntu.
