Okay, I am having a difficulty to explain a simple thing. English is not my first language. It is like when you pull out a wad of cash or a bundle of paper and sort of riffle it from the edges. The way they show in films.

He pulls a wad of cash from pocket, _______ through his right ear before handing it to the dealer.

Thank you.
