Could anybody guide me why should I use "THE" article in the following sentence?.
To my understanding, "THE" article is unnecessary because it is referring to a plural noun.
necessary physical activities is a plural noun phrase, so my understanding is that the in front of "necessary physical activities" should be removed.
people will get `the` necessary physical activities without any inconvenience.
