dual boot windows 7 and ubuntu 18.04 on desktop, black screen in installation

I am trying to install Ubuntu 18.04 on my desktop, that is using windows 7 now.

I want to install Ubuntu (not inside windows), so that my desktop cannot be run as dual boot.

However, I face to a black screen after I select 'try ubuntu' or 'install ubuntu'. I have already searched the solutions. Most people suggest to add nomodeset before or after quiet splash, Unfortunately, it does work for me.

Here is the detail of my hardware

Ubuntu usb bootable (made by rufus)

motherboard - ASUS B85 pro game (Secure boot turned to 'Other OS')

Display Card - RTX 2070

P.S if I plug the video output by on board rather than the RTX 2070, will if help?
