Resolution dropped to 720 x 400 after installing Nvidia drivers [on hold]

I wanted to install Nvidia driver for playing tf2 a bit better, so I copy some code in the terminal. I can't remember
what I put in, but I was removing the kernel and put in the Nvidia driver in, and even when I go to additional drivers it doesn't show up even the Nvidia driver and my resolution went to 720×400 resolution, and trying to put my resolution back in display I click and nothing shows up. Help just getting my resolution back and removing Nvidia from my computer.

Here's the code I put in the terminal. Also use VGA / Oringal Res 1080p
308 sudo apt-get install preload

309 sudo gedit /etc/sysctl.conf

310 Section "Device"

311 EndSection/etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-intel.conf

312 /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-intel.conf

313 sudo add-apt-repository ppa:oibaf/graphics-drivers

314 sudo apt-get install zram-config

315 sudo add-apt-repository ppa:dolphin-emu/ppa

316 sudo apt update

317 sudo apt install dolphin-emu

318 sudo apt-get install wine1.3

319 sudo apt-get install wine1.6

Perhaps go to the terminal and run the history command and give us some indication of what exactly you did?
