Quotation marks around title of a longer work when italics are unavailable
If you are writing in something where italics are unavailable like a tag excerpt on StackExchange, should you put quotation marks around the name of longer works that would normally be italicized? Buzz said you shouldn't in Chat on Sci-Fi and I couldn't find anything either way.

Whatever works. There is no "rule" that covers all scenarios (or even most of them).
