Possible off-topic question. Raspbian/Debian is not Ubuntu, nor an official flavor of Ubuntu (libc-bin version mentioned doesn't match any supported Ubuntu releases - packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=libc-bin)
    – guiverc

  • The package raspberrypi-ui-mods is not an Ubuntu package. This is a great question for Raspbian support - it's their package.
