I installed Lubuntu OS on my Odroid-XU4. I connected an ethernet cable and also a Realtex Wifi adapter to it. But when I run ifconfig -a, none of the adapters are shown. How can I fix this problem?

Does it work with just Ethernet? As in without Any adapters, plugging into the wall.

No, it does not work with just ethernet too.

Check if the wire works at all. There is absolutely no reason why a stock configuration would not be able to handle an Ethernet connection. This is a hardware issue.

It need not be hardware. For example, if the needed kernel module for the Ethernet hardware on the XU4 is not found or not loaded, then the Ethernet would not work. (I'm dealing with exactly this issue on another Debian based release).
