Is AMD A8-5545M APU with Radeo HD Graphics supported?

Looking to do a dual boot on my HP laptop that has a AMD A8-5545M APU with HD Graphics but need to know if the latest version supports it (18.10).

Why not download the ISO, write to thumb-drive and then test it on your actual hardware? tutorials.ubuntu.com/tutorial/try-ubuntu-before-you-install

I could do that, but would need to do it off of a DVD. That would show if it is compatible. Was hoping for a definitive answer, I have seen a lot of stuff about the AMD processor.

Why not download the ISO, write to thumb-drive and then test it on your actual hardware? tutorials.ubuntu.com/tutorial/try-ubuntu-before-you-install
