How can I lock in the registry value true
for org.gtk.Settings.FileChooser.show-hidden
?
The value is automatically modified to false
on specific actions.
If I cannot lock in the value, how can I automatically set it to true
once it becomes false
?
I know I can use a cron job with * * * * *
, but it runs once per minute.

Seems like a bug. Opening a choose window should not change that setting. Please report the issue to the Nautilus Bug Tracker with sufficient detail for them to reproduce the issue on a test system.
