“Evolution Mail” Automate creation of “available categories” according to “CATEGORIES” field from...

0

I'm using a local address book.

When importing contact cards into "Evolution Mail", the "CATEGORIES" field is sometimes already filled in.
However, it is impossible to display these categories if not provided in "available categories".

So you have to manually create all these categories.

Is it possible to automate the creation of "available categories" according to the "categories" field from contacts cards in the current address book?
Automate such a functionality could be great.

This automation could be done:

- automatically via an new option in "Preferences > Contacts > Automatic Contacts"
* when importing contacts
* when opening an address book
- manually via an option in "Edit > Available Categories"
* when requested by the user.<br/>
- manually via a script to use contacts data to modify .local/share/evolution/categories.xml

Thank you for your advice and suggestions or automation for everyone.
