Untrusted Application dialog for desktop shortcut 18.04

0

I have set up a Ubuntu USB instance using YUMI.

It works great.

I have installed a program and created desktop file.

when I boot, the icon for the shortcut is that of a document.

When I double click I get the Untrusted Application dialog, if I click "Trust & Launch" the application launches fine. The icon changes to the application icon and I can continue to use it.

If I reboot. The icon reverts and I go through the same thing.

I do have "Allow executing file as program" checked and that persists through reboots.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!
