Winetricks prefix?

0

Let me start by saying that I am pretty new to Linux. I am trying to get StartCraft 2 to run, and I was able to get wine configured and have it point to a different directory than my /home and install it successfully. The issue comes in when I try to run it, nothing happens. I read that I need winetricks but after I installed it and attempted to run it, i received an error. I believe this is because I moved the drive_C to a different HDD then my /home is on. When I try to run winetricks I get:

wine cmd.exe /c echo '%ProgramFiles%' returned empty string, error message "wine client error:0: version mismatch 572/548.
Your wine binary was not upgraded correctly,
or you have an older one somewhere in your PATH.
Or maybe the wrong wineserver is still running?"

I could be completely wrong. Is there anyone who can help me with this?
