Is this sentence OK? - Please add if i missed anything

-1

On business emails, while trying to ensure everything is covered; i usually put either of two as last sentence:

  1. Please add if anything is missing.
    OR

  2. Please add if I missed anything.

But i feel these two a bit not best fit. Any idea on how to improve this or replacing with better sentence?

TIA.

I think your sentence needs more information. Do you mean add comments? In a mass reply to the email, and send it all around each time someone adds something? In a reply only to you, and you will send it out in the next email? To a list on a bulletin somewhere? If so, how will those updates be disseminated?
