Change Background Color between Login and Wallpaper load animation Ubuntu 18.04
Got my Grub screen, Plymouth and Login screens as Black Color.
But after login there's a small interval (before the wallpaper rolling in) where there's a Purple Background (same as was on login or grub).
Where's the option to change it?
gnome-shell plymouth

the option you are looking for is hard-coded. the only way to get rid of purple color is to install a desktop session such asgnome-session. but this may have slightly different behavior than defaultubuntu sessionand you may have to configure the other colors again. gnome-session by default have gray color in between login screen to desktop transition. there is no way to change purple or gray color unless one can change the hard code. you can trysudo apt install gnome-sessionto have a gray color experience in between login and desktop transition.
