Unable to Turn On Bluetooth ThinkPad 13 Gen2

I just did a fresh install of Ubuntu 18.04 and I can't turn on Bluetooth, I checked if it's disabled but it's not, clicking the Bluetooth button doesn't do anything.

  sudo rfkill list all

  0: tpacpi_bluetooth_sw: Bluetooth

      Soft blocked: no

      Hard blocked: no

  1: phy0: Wireless LAN

      Soft blocked: no

      Hard blocked: no

I have also set AutoEnable to true in etc/bluetooth/main.conf

I also updated bluez to 5.50-0ubuntu0ppa1

this is how the button looks like when I try to turn it on
