IDM not working due to missing Base Filtering Engine [closed]

Some are running successfully, but when running Internet Download Manager it indicates the Base Filtering Engine service has to be started in order for it to integrate with my web browsers. Without it, it seems like there is no point having IDM installed on Ubuntu.
